Where to get a light blue comforter/duvet with a nice textured design?

I'm redecorating my room to light blue, and I need a new comforter or duvet... I have to make my room more feminine but still using that light blue color... I'm thinking of like ruffles or a pintuck comforter/duvet... So where can I find a store that sells comforters and/or duvets? Thannnkkss :)
