Sweet Lolita Make-up for Pink & White Dress?

I'm going to a birthday party this Saturday, and the theme is Lolita. I have a pink dress with white ruffles and white buttons, and I am wearing white lace gloves. I really need tips on my make-up. I'm only 13 so I don't want anything too heavy. I don't usually use concealer, and I have a hard time putting on pencil eyeliner. Could you please tell me what colors of eyeshadow, blush, and lipstick/lip gloss I should wear? I want it to look authentic. I'd also really appreciate it if there are specific tips on how to put on the make-up in a way it will look more Sweet-Lolita like :P Thank you ^^
