Adding driftwood to a fresh water tank?

Hello, I'm currently trying to make my tank look more natural and I'm thinking about adding driftwood/stone/etc to my tank. I have 4 mollies, 2 yoyo loaches, and a synodontis lace catfish. My question is: would it be a good idea to add driftwood? If so, do fish actually enjoy it? Thanks in advance for any answers!(:
