Oldest brother home from college and I can't deal with him?

Your brother sounds like he is 13. He is in college and he acts that way? If I were you I would ask a friend if I could stay with him for a few nights. And quit responding to his taunts because that is what he wants. I know that won't stop him but maybe he will get bored. The guy is dying for attention.
