Will Jungle Parasite Clear Cure Ich?

I was looking in my tank this afternoon and noticed that my yoyo loach and dalmatian molly both have a tiny round white spot on their tails =( Unfortunately I don't have any ich specific medication and I won't be able to get to a pet store until Wednesday and I want to stop this in it's tracks. I do have Jungle Parasite Clear but I read the back of the box and while it does say it kills parasites it doesn't mention ich anywhere. I also heard you can raise the temperature quite high for a week or so but I'm concerned that might hurt my fish (yoyo loach, mollies, guppies, guppy fry, and pleco). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
