I'm an athlete... so i'm normally the person to eat veryVERY healthy and exercise alot. But yesterday i overrate so much...because i normally don't get to eat this food.. you could say i binged basically. How do i get back on track? I normally eat a big nice breakfest but i'm not even hungry right now...i'm going to try to drink lots of water... i know not eating is NOT good at all but my stomach honestly doesn't feel like it. And i don't want to do this yoyo thing because i know if i eat less this week it will just lead to anther binge.
