Just bought a ned Boomerang yoyo and keeps braken and bought factory string and still braken need help !!?

the new strings keep bracken the in side of yo yo has teeth look like on the in side and thats where the string is getting cought on and maken the string to brake. what can be done to fix this promblem. please help if you can give me any help with this string promblem. thank you , charlie
