Enrichment for a lone goat?

She really does need a friend - it would give her a reason to live. Other than that, you're just going to have to go down there everyday and pet her and brush her. Maybe there's a neighbor child that would go and read to her. Don't laugh: both my daughter and a friend's son REALLY improved their reading skills by reading to pets. The little boy read to his pet wether-goat, and my daughter has read to the baby goats. Goats generally like any attention you give them. Maybe let her come up to your house and graze around in the yard or follow you while you do chores. If she were younger, I'd say teach her to pack or to drive, that would give her time out of the barn and give her something new to see. We take our baby goats to the nursing home, but your goat may be too old or too big to do that.
