Does this outfit sound okay?

im going out today, i'm wearing a white vest top, my hair down and straight, blue denim short, bright bracelets, and grey knee high socks. except, i'm going to ruffle and push them down so they're just half way up my calf and they look a little like legwarmers. and im going to wear black pumps. does this sound okay?
